People ask about the return policy. Ours is simple. Sale items are NEVER returnable. We do not refund any amount for FINAL SALE items that are returned. We will accept a return (non sale item) within 15 days of purchase of regular priced items (items not "on sale".) We prefer to do an exchange but we do also refund money. Credit card returns will be credited only for the amount of the return less a 20% restocking fee to cover our labor and expenses. Shipping and handling costs are never credited. We do not accept returns of items on sale or where a coupon was used for the total transaction. We do not accept items that we can see have been worn, used or purposly damaged. Items for return must be packaged in similar packaging to the way they were sent. In bubble wrap and boxed. We don't mark our products up excessively and so returns really hurt our business. When a customer returns a product, Adorable Hair Accessory will not pay for return shipping charges.

As with all crystal hair accessories, sometime stones come out (not too often though). The ones that are Made in America come with a guarantee. All metal hair accessories do not have a guarantee against stones falling out. If you purchase an item and a stone falls out we will do our best to replace the stone or the entire hair accessory providing the manufacturer has a replacement.

Some of my customers ask for discounts. I am happy to provide a discount for large orders when asked. Any orders that have a discount cannot be returned or exchanged.
